A name that carried 25 years of history
but no longer reflected who they had become.
MCIII Development came to us carrying a name that no longer fit. For over 25 years they had operated as M.R. Development, a name where the M stood for McCaslin and the R represented a former business partner who had long since left the company. The brand had outgrown its own identity.
We started where we always do: learning. We dug into the history, the values, and the family behind the business to understand not just where they had been, but where they were going. We asked for a vision board: colors, styles, fonts, and images that felt authentically like them.
To bring the visual identity to life, we partnered with RobeeGraffix, a design team we have worked alongside for years and trust completely. That collaboration is what turned a strong strategic foundation into a brand system that is polished, purposeful, and built to last.
The result was MCIII Development Group. A new name, a new identity, and a brand built to carry this company into its next generation and the one after that.

The visual identity was built from the vision board the client shared with us. Colors, style, weight, and feeling all informed by what they were drawn to and what felt authentic to who they are.
Every revision brought us closer to something that felt not just designed, but deserved. The final logo is clean, confident, and built to represent a company that takes its legacy seriously.

The new monument sign outside their office is the brand made physical. After 25 years, the name on the building finally matches the company behind it. It is a small detail that means everything to a family that has been building in this community for decades.

We kicked off the rebrand with a social media reel revealing the new name, then followed it up with a carousel that walked their audience through the story behind it.
